Restaurant The Green Room: The newly appointed head chef, Gordon Jones, is working with numerous Dorset suppliers to create original and inspiring menus. Gordon joins the hotel from one of the countries top hotels, with two AA rosettes and his own TV series under his belt. The food is fresh, seasonal, local and where available, organic. Food is sourced from producers with high animal welfare standards. The wine list is organic and biodynamic and has been selected taking into account the carbon footprint of every bottle.
